I have just started this 12 month training programme from a magazine called Muscle&Fitness and my first months plan is something like this :Day1=Chest+Back
:Day2=Traps,Delts+Abs
:Day3=Rest
:Day4=Biceps+Triceps
:Day5=Legs
:Day6=Abs.

So I wanted to know that because I am only training eg: Biceps once a week if they will have much effect on mucsle growth over the 12 months and also changing the programme slightly?

while I am not a fan of Muscle and Fiction (that mag went down the crapper in 1988) that routine is fine for a newbie to resistance training. except I would switch Legs to Day 4 and Arms to Day 5. the biceps get hit during all pulling movements during back training and they are a small muscle and don't require much direct stimulation.

i would stick with that routine until you hit a training plateau then make some changes

good success on that one! i'm in a matching boat. My 2 and a 0.5 12 months outdated is potty coaching and that i choose the coaching pants, even inspite of the undeniable fact that gerber would not cause them to in a 4T anymore. My son is massive 37 lbs. I even have been everywhere aim, ok-mart, little ones R us, Walmart, and none of those places have any length different that 24 months, 2T, and 3T. i assume they don't think of there is a lot version in youngsters sizes potty coaching.
