I was walking around with a sinus infection for seven days and my symptoms were like yours. I was so frustrated, confused, did not know what was wrong. Therefore I decided to fill the sink with warm water, sniff warm water up my nose. Never again, seemed like a good idea, the pain, unbelievable, my eyes went red, looked like the person from Hades! I had the desire to bang my head off the sink, in anticipation the pain from the head bang might distract me from the sinus pain. I went to the GP the following morning, got antibiotics and all went downhill? I thought I was feeling strange before, but once the antibiotics hit, it was a re-run of pain, discomfort, feeling as if my head would explode. However, the following day I improved. I never had a sinus infection before and to be honest, do not want another one. Good Luck.

If you haven't already had a head CT - GET ONE. Don't delay and don't take no for an aswer. It may be possible for very severe sinusitis to be causing some of the symptoms you have but unless your GP is making this diagnosis based on some medical imaging I'd be wanting to be certain. Hope you feel better.

First avoid worry, otherwise it will create many more problems you can't imagine.

YOG, Meditation, exercise, deep breathing and singing will increase your confidance, decrease your fear and confusion.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

It could be a sinus infection, but be an advocate for yourself, speak up & request that your doctor order an MRI or CT scan, neuro consult to rule out a tumor, for your own peace of mind
