i have this thing on my lower lip it kinda of looks like a hole and it has red dots inside of it. it hurt pretty bad. im not sure what it is can everyone give me some ideas. i had it for about a week now.

Get yourself to a dentist. It's probably something minor, but you can't be too safe with your health. Nobody, not even a dentist, could accurately diagnose a health problem in a forum like this. You have to go in person.

could be an ulcer or an absess - go to your dentist asap, sounds infected :S they;ll give you something for the pain. use Bonjela.
