So, as long as you keep eating them as part of a meal replacement, do not worry. The have about 100 cal each.

Are bananas AT ALL unhealthy? because most of the time i consume around 2 bananas a day. One with my slimfast shake and one with my protein shake.

I agree with Lynn. I'd be more concerned about the Slim Fast than the all-natural banana. I looked at Slim Fast shake once. I set it down not just because milk was listed, but because corn syrup (and/or high fructose corn syrup, I don't recall; I don't consume something if it contains one or the other or both), and partially hydrogenated oils. Yuck.
I do not know what is in a protein shake. I'm guessing since it starts out as powder, maybe little or not much good. I get plenty of protein without the supplements.
Stick with the bananas. In addition to being a good egg substitute for some recipes, it's great for my sweet fix.

They are not UNHEALTHY at all!! Even though if you too many it can be kinda fattening but the fats in bananas are good for your body!! So i wouldn't eat more than 5 bananas a day if i was you!! Hope I helped!!!

I don't think so.
DOn't worry, a couple of weeks from now you'll get tired of them. Enjoy them while they are enjoyable.
bananas are good souce of potassium. It's necessary for the heart function. Maybe your body requires potassium and that's why bananas are so tasty to you now.

they have a TON of potassium and other vitamins along w/ fiber... They are only 80 cals, which is really nothing, and that is the only reasons why ppl are weird about them is that they are a bit higher cal than the average fruit and if you eat like 5-6 you can get constipated lol

Bananas are great but the slimfast is not healthy and the protein shake is not healthy.
Eat the banana and throw away the other stuff.
