ok i am a wrestler and i currently weigh 115 lbs. i need to get down to 112 in 3 days!! what is a healthy way to do this?





also... i have 5 weeks to get to 103 lbs as well. whats a healthy way to do that? please help!!

Eat healthy. Drink water. Or try the 3 day diet. Its a crash dietandyou lose 10 pounds in 3 days

Hit the veggies heavy, no fast foods, nothing white, water, no meats and no protein supplements. and exercise. 2-3 pounds a week is healthy weight loss.

Cut the calories and increase the Physical workouts.

Run, walk, jog for around 1-2 hours a day. the longer you do it, the faster you'll get what you want.
