Currently I have lower abdominal pain sort of like when I'm on my period. The pain MILD and is on and off. My lower back aches, and my muscles ache. I feel like throwing up and have for most of the day, but haven't. NO fever. This is wierd but the bone in my butt hurts too. I feel like I need to take a bowel movement but I can't. I do NOT feel constipated, I feel like I can't push it through, it's hard to explain. But it does not feel like constipation.

My symptoms have been gradually getting worse since day one. They are all MILD for the most part. They are all on and off, except for the bowel movement thing which started this morning. I can ignore my symptoms, except once. Last night my body felt very achy and my abdominal pain was worse then usual, and it took me longer to fall asleep. The symptoms were worse while laying down if that makes sense.

I am a 14-year-old girl, am 5'7 and 120 lbs. I am NOT sexually active.

None of this makes any sense to me. Any ideas?

I have mentioned it to my dad and he thinks it is nothing and does not want to take me to the doctor.

You need not go to a doctor but a hot bath or steam bath will help you.

Purchase a 50 ml Castor Oil bottle from medical shop and take 20 - 30 ml on holiday morning with tea. It has unpleasant smell but result is pleasant. It will clear your intestines 2-3 times and within 4 hours you will feel better. Drink warm water + fresh lemon juice after every toilet. This will avoid dehydration.

Keep fast or fruits till you feel good hunger.
Use green vegis and salads to avoid constipation.

Alternate systems of medicine can only help you.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating All pains confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

It may disappear naturally too.

I agree that this happens. And I do it sometimes. But there is always a grain of truth to it. Let's face it, christians are all over the map in terms of how they harmonize their religious views with physical observation and the 'accuracy' of the bible. For instance some say the story of the flood is an allegory and not meant to be taken literally while others take it so literally that they contend it didn't rain until the fllod. On the other hand, Christians, willfully misinterpet the theory of evolution despite being corrected on it irepeatedly. No biologist has ever claimed that man evolved from monkeys or that a monkey suddenly gave birth to a human or that a fish gave birth to a bird. Yet I see this false representation on here ALL THE TIME and oftern from the same person despite the fact that their error has been pointed out to them.

It sounds like the stomach flu. I know what you mean with the bowel movement though. It feels like you have to go, but when you try nothing comes out. I'd just try to drink lots of fluids. It will be gone in a few days.

Its sounds like PMT, hormones that make your body ready for your next period. I would try evening primrose oil, capsule, take one every day and see if they help, they have a natural anti-inflammatory affect and are essential oils that we need to regulate these hormones. Good Luck

You need to go to your doctor. There are a few things it could be and some of them aren't good.
