i'm kinda enjoying the break, although I would rather the intermission be in summer, because it cuts into my mountain biking. My boss isn't afraid to ask me if I wanna work on Sunday because he knows I won't miss a race. One of my co-workers is as big of fan as I am and thats all we used to talk about. Now sometimes we just look at eachother and really don't have much to say, but we're psyched for the '08 season. I think next year i'm going to record the races and watch them at night so I can blow off all the stupid commercials and interruptions telling me about "the big guys" playing their ball games. Now I can get my girlfriend outta the kitchen and cook some dude food. Life is great and NASCAR racing is the ONLY! thing that can make me change my busy schedule. Whenever there's a race and wherever people are watching, I know i'm part of a "certain kind of people", and it makes me proud to know that there's so many people who are able to enjoy one of the most exciting motorsports on this planet. I survive the season knowing that in 2008 the drivers, the teams, the owners, and the fans, get to do it all over again.

Well I have been watching the Mountaineers play football and I am getting to know my family again I don't hang out with my family much when NASCAR is going on!! I am also getting to know my friends again too because I don't see them much either during the NASCAR Season I have missed them!! That is what I have been doing!

I taped some of the races last yr...Watching College football, and NFL especially the Redskins, and Chargers, theres tons of Nascar news going on.. Tons of great college football games coming up, Go Bulldogs & Trojans....

I'm a big college football fan, and my team isn't going to a bowl, so right now is an extremely slow sports time for me. But NFL football is ok for the most part, and I can catch other types of racing from time to time.
I can't wait for Daytona....

Well I know for one since nothing new is being posted on nascar.com that I havent read, I start looking up old archives about my favorite driver and rereading articles that I have already read, and then I start looking up stats and other information about my driver, Jeff Gordon, and then googling, and reading everything I can find of him, and looking at pictures that I find on Google Images. I also try to watch reruns of the races, and then of the shows like Raceday, Windtunnel, Trackside, and Inside Nextel Cup, and etc etc. Other then that I hate it, and I cant wait until February, when at least we get to watch some testing and then the Budshoot out leading up to the Daytona 500, but this is torture for me at least.

I taped all the races in 2007 Today I watched the First race of the year and the last lap was just as exciting as it was a year ago. My heartbeat was the same speed as last Feb.

With ice fishing and football. I watched my Vikings win (5 in a row now) a close one against da Bears last night and I'm going ice fishing tonight. Now if I just had a dish for the ice shack I could do both at the same time.
