Amstel Light has only 95 calories in a 12oz serving. Surprisingly Guinness at only 125 calories is considered low also. If you are looking for liquor regular vodka and gin both are low, but watch what you mix them with. Orange juice and cranberry juice are both high in sugar. And watch out for the red wine it is full of calories.

Vodka and red wine are the lowest in calories. Liquers are the highest and anything with pop or juice in it is going to add
calories.
