what's the order on how to get this?

your drivers licence? i turned 15 a month ago & im kinda confused on what i need to do to start getting my drivers license. please?

the rules vary by which country you are in, or if in the United States, by which state. Your best source of information would be the DMV which you could probably find on line for your state. Or post where you are, and perhaps someone can give you a more specific answer.

That's what parents are for (you can't get it without them or a guardian, so that's the best answer!).
