If u can say hello to her..
then next u need to see if she will have lunch or something in order to sit and chat for a few Min's..
then u can ask her if she likes u.. and if u can have her phone number???

OMG!how do you NOT know when someone flirts with you! Ok. here is an example: staring at you, bites lip when you are around, whispers in bff's ear while staring at you and then smiles, you make a funny joke and she smiles and laughs. it's harder to tell when a girl is flirty. when girls r flirty they trey and be funny, lol. well she mostly likes you. and i know how hard it is for you to talk to her, so ask some one like her BFF if she likes you back. if she quickly saids no, then pop ur nuckles, stand up straight, fix ur hair, take deap breaths and slowy walk up to her and say hay what's going on? u'll know when they time is right! good luck!
