Whenever my Chihuahua/Beagle mix goes pee somewhere, my Rottweiler pretty much knocks her out of the way, almost before she's done, just so she can pee over that spot, why does she do this?

The rott is taking the pack leader roll and remarking a spot that belongs to her.

territory thing, he is marking his spot. Showing that he is the top Dog..

they are marking their territory. all dogs do this.even when there are more than 2 in a pen.

my dog does that all of the time for predatory reasons he is just protective of the female don't worry
