We get an average of 5-7 calls per week from companies offering long-distance alone.

Is there a way to stop them from calling in Canada? I know we don't have that registry they have in the States.

Unless Canada has a similar thing like the do not call registry, all you can probably do is answer the phone and ask to be taken off the call list. Either that or get caller ID and don't answer the phone, but that probably won't stop it since they'll keep your number and keep calling.

Oh my god its the same with me.
except i get MORE than you do...
we get around 15 a day!

Anyway... theres a trick
when they call pick up the phone
and press 6 as many times as you can and
they'll hang up and your # will be off of their registry and they'll
stop calling ^^
