I have a letter saying my license is going to be suspended for 90 days because of 5 moving violations. 2 speeding tickets I pleaded guilty two one was for 11 over on the highway while following an undercover patrol. The 3 seperate tickets were for hit and run careless and illegal use of shoulder. The accident was not entirely my fault and the state patrol was a total ass. The judge gave me 6months probation and everything off my record. I got a speeding ticket during that period so now I'm screwed.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to stop my license from being suspended?

I had a friends mom in the car and we told him what happend. the judge believed me thats why she put me on probation so those tickets wouldnt go on my record. I got a speeding ticket for 81 in a 70 following multiple cars. one of which was an undercover cop car and i did not know this.

i dont drive like a madman. dont assume.

ticket for 6 over where a 50 goes to a 45.

ticket mentioned previous on highway.

and the hit n run/careless/illegal use of shoulder happened when i was going to pass a guy on highway 3 when he was taking a left. ( legal theres a left turn lane for this ) well he took off his blinker gave my friends mom a bunch of dirty gestures and speed up. i slowed down and he did too. so i floored it before i was run off the road. he hit me. i went off the road. got back on him still behind me because he slowed down after he hit me. put my blinker on took my first left. he didnt follow. no damage to my car. told my mom she had me come home. someone else called state patrol. he got hit n run/illegal use of shoulder/careless driving charges and possesion. i got careless/hit n run/illegal use of shoulder. I told the judge this so did my friends mom that was in the car who has a PERFECT driving record. It woulda been removed if i didnt get any more tix in 6months. I got one speeding ticket 5 monthsl8r

Madman might be a little harsh, but gee whiz - SLOW DOWN. You must be doing SOMETHING wrong to be getting all these tickets. (Or driving a hot little red sports car). Which is it? The only drivers I see using the shoulder are maniacs using it to pass because they are impatient in slow freeway traffic and they choose to violate the law to get off the freeway quicker. The purpose of the shoulder is for EMERGENCIES and the law against its use for general travel was made for a reason.

You will be very lucky to NOT have it suspended.

This time? No. Next time, yes. Stop driving like a madman. It changes nothing that the state patrol officer was not nice to you.

I'm going to stick with driving like a madman. You got 6 tickets inside a couple of years tops. I have been driving for 30 years, I don't have 6 tickets total.

Your incident where the other person was signaling a turn and then returned to the traffic lane. Instead of stopping or slowing, you gunned it to beat him out. You then were involved in a collision and left the scene of the accident.

Usually when you get the DMV letter stating you're going to be suspended it is too late to do anything about it. You may wish to call them to see if there's anything you can do to lessen the impact. Maybe allowed to drive to/from school/work etc.

If you are suspended, it would be unwise to drive during the period of your suspension. This will really "upset" the DMV if you are pulled over and cited. Driving under Restraint can be very expensive and in some states results in an automatic arrest.

Good luck.

You need to write to the Roads & Traffic Authority in your state. I would not recommend you mention that the officer was a total ass. It will get you know where. You are much better off being humble and tell them circumstances why you are facing cancellation through violations.

Honestly, there's not much you can do at this point. 90 days is nothing. Just get a carpool to work or use public transit for a few months.
