At 150 lbs you are at a healthy weight for your height and do not need to lose 20 lbs.

You cannot safely lose more than 1-2 lbs per week. Your diet is terrible, it needs more protein, carbs and dairy. Milk is not fattening, especially if you drink skim milk. At 15 you need 3-4 servings of milk per day to build strong bones. If you do not have strong bones at age 20, you risk serious bone thinning disease at age 50 -60.

For job interviews, you need to be alert and thinking well. Both protein and carbs help with that.

Daily you should eat: 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies, 2-3 servings of protein, 4-6 servings of carbs, 3-4 servings of milk.

Whether you would or wouldn't, it's really not a good idea to try to lose so much weight in such a short period of time, especially at your age. And it doesn't sound like you're getting enough nutrition either.
If you want to be healthy, try getting out and moving, taking long walks and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables with lean proteins (like chicken), and get enough energy. Teens need about 2000 calories (calories are units of energy) per day to feed their growing bodies. You'll feel great without endangering your health.

At your weight and height, you're at an ideal bmi, and you have growing left to do. Not only could you stunt that, but your brain is still growing, and not feeding it the right food could limit your potential.

First I want to say be careful and check with your doctor on weight lost because you are young. Your body is still maturing and you don't want to deprive your body of the necessary nutrients it need. Be careful about losing weight fast because most of the time when people lose weight fast they do it in an unhealthy way. 2lbs a week is considered healthy weight lost. I believe that you should aim for 10lbs because the holidays is a hard time of year to cut back but aim small and once you reach your goal add to it. Remember that in order to lose weight you need to eat. I recommend 5 small meals a day. You will be suprised at how well this works. You force your body to burn more calories especially if you are eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Whole grains are great too. Be careful about gimmicks though. Skim milk is good for you too. Drinking milk actually helps you to lose weight. Your body also needs healthy fats though. Olive oil is a great source of the "good" fats that your body needs. Canola oil is good also. You don't want to deprive your body because you will find that you don't lose weight as fast. Be safe, Be healthy.

You might lose the weight but what you're doing isn't healthy and you will more than likely gain your weight back. You are going to cause your body to think that its starving which means you might even gain weight instead.
