You don't need to count calories in order to get in shape, you just have to be aware of what you are eating... mindless eating such as tasting a cookie, or a bite of ice cream is what seems to be everyone's downfall! If you want to record your food intake that is great but there is no need to count calories as well... if you notice you are eating a lot of boxed (processed) foods... then you should cut back and incorporate more fruits & vegetables into your diet... if you eat clean: lean meats, fruits, vegetables & whole grain carbs: you will not only feel better but look better!
Keep up with exercise too: roughly 45-60 minutes 6-7 times a week!!

Go to your local health store and get a supplement called "chronuim" it is the best it turns you off eating any sort of junk food

I would'nt do the calorie counter just eat 5 small meals a day

No bread
No dairy
No fruit

Drink two gallons of water a day
45 minute cardio a day
Eat something green with every meal
eat lots of egg whites

Your urine should be clear

Ad you will be losig weight in no time

I use this sight called my-calorie-counter.com, I don't mean to sling someone elses stuff on here, but it woks well for me, just google calorie counter and you should find something that works.

This one is gay because they won't show you your totals if you don't pay but it's still helpful, you just have to total the stuff yourself. It lets you look up everything you put in your body and add it to what you ate that day. Its a great tool to keep yourself in check, espically when you enter the cookie you're half way through, see that it has your daily allowence of saturated fat in it, and put it down.

good luck!

Im old, and I get loose skin a lot, especially under my neck (a "gobble") and I work out. Don't do a fierce workout. Do a quick simple walk on a treadmill while watching television.

get a ymca pass and use their fitlinxx machine. it tracks your progress and gives you a workout according to what you want to do. the ymca also does financial assistance. i cant tell you how much because every ymca is different but give your ymca a call. i would also drink plenty of water, lay off on the bread, chocolate, and soda. good luck.
