Rdeng - yes there is a huge and ironic link between a vegan and a photographer. I wan't to hear all the answers before I reveal

I am a photographer in Louisiana and here we eat great food or all sorts, shapes, and color.
Animals make tasty side dishes for seafood.
And sometimes I have to eat my words...

Is there supposed to be a link between the two? I am a photographer, and I never pass up a good steak (or any other kind of meat, particularly buffalo).

I'm not sure that there is any link whatsoever between being a vegan and being a photographer. A person can be one or the other, or neither or both.

I was a complete vegetarian, mostly vegan for 16 years. Not any more.
Not sure that I even qualify as amateur actually.

I'm an amateur and just ate shrimp tonight and a gold rush from Roy Rogers for lunch . . .
I love my meat.
