Get her some educational and interactive things to do. But do them with her as well. My mom got me a phonics package when I was 2, at first it was hard but by the time I was 3 I was reading and writing on a first grade level, and writing cursive.

Also, do trips to the library, or museums find things she really likes and then get her books or games to help her learn more.

Also, a playgroup helps, she can get some energy out and slowly Cindy won't be a priority anymore.

Hmmm -- sounds like she may have a spirit hanging out with her (just my opinion - but I've seen and believe) - she may really have a friend YOU can't see -- don't ignore what she says as just kid talk either. But also, do you have a daycare where you can bring her for a couple hours a day? I'm guessing you are a stay at home mom. Interractions with other children is really good for kids (other than catching things, colds, etc.) -- but that's going to happen as soon as she goes to school - you can get past that part of it now and her immune system will also build up. I know you MAY think I'm crazy about the "ghost" thing -- but we've had one - for real and my grandkids saw it but I only saw a white smokey haze -- and I USED to be skeptical about this stuff. Most imaginary friends to children really are there.

Umm that so-called paragraph doesn't make any sense. It is a jumble of "words" and letters with incorrect spelling and punctuation. I'm not sure if the problem is her imaginary friend or the fact that she is bored and needs you all of the time. Just enroll her in some kind of class, like gymnastics or something so that she can meet other children. Or take her to a park to play.

It's a childs way of saying they need more attention. Give her at least a hour a day of totally undivided attention, just for her. No phone , no friends, no animals. Just you and her. That is the best gift you can give a child. Try it. It will work.

put her in a class like cheer or dance at the ymca. they have them available for 3 year olds. soccer and karate too. most teachers wont let the adults sit in the room so the kids are forced to participate without their parents. its great to do especially if youre planning on enrolling them in school soon

That's all part of being a parent. . . you have to take time to interact with your children. There's so many things the both of you can do together. You can find fun things to do on line.

thi s is how 3 year olds are. she will need you with everything. enjoy it because when they are teens they might not even want you in their room. bond with her now. communicate with her now. bring cindy a snack. spend as much time with her as you can. i sense that you resent her demands. try to accept your role better and see yourself as the person whose job it is to pay attention to her. it doesnt' last forever.

Having imaginary friends is totally normal. Just play with her!

the easiest things are the simplest things and they work well

like a box, colors and books, let her play dress up, movies work,
pots and pans, etc

or just play with her
