do some of the things he likes to do! like watching sports,bowling ,shooting pool or watch a movie that he likes maybe a scary movie or a action film instead of what you might prefer.fix him his favorite meal or a treat he likes.pay attention to him and be interested in how he feels and what his opinions are even if you do not agree.MERRY CHRISTMAS!
