I need to lose 30lbs, and I would like to lose 15lbs in 3 weeks.. I am starting on slim fast and I am only going to drink slim fast and water..Has anyone done this? And do you think I cxan lose 15 lbs. in 3 weeks.

Slim Fast is garbage, reading the ingredients tells you that. in the Regular Slim Fast drinks the 2nd largest ingredient is sugar. if you want to truly be healthy don't drink slim fast all you need to do is come up with a meal/snack with equivalent calories to that of a Slim Fast drink.

low calorie diet foods are not healthy, they are heavily processed and loaded with various chemicals. humans are designed to consume foods grown in the ground or the flesh of animals/fish, not foods made by man in giant factories with trade marks. the less processed foods in your diet the faster you will lose weight (body fat) and the healthier you will be in the short and long term.

I've never heard of anyone going on a SF shake only diet. You're supposed to eat a SF meal for dinner. I could'nt hack it myself. I have to have variety. Believe me, I've tried everything. Yhe best & quickest way I've found to lose weight fast is to snack light throughout the day and stay active. Anytime I begin to feel tired I will eat another snack of my choice. In other words, eat for energy. Within about a week your body gets use to it and cravings and overeating begin to fade. You'll have more energy and you feel great :O

If you have no interest in your health nor if you will lose large amounts of muscle (which gives you the tone look), then yes you will lose weight. You will aslo get bloated and store fat as your body devours its own muscle and vital protein from the liver.
