It would be Londoners but I am not sure that all people who live in London would be called that. For instance I live in Liverpool but as I wasn't born or brought up here I'm not a Scouser. I think you need to do more than just live in London to be a Londoner.

Born there is a Londoner.
Born within earshot of the bow bells is a Cockney...St Mary le Bow church of Cheapside.
