I have trasliterated the following as best I can (sorry) from Arabic. Can you tell what they mean in English?

1 - inshalla ta allah
2 - zizaqmlachairan
3 - aldabilaminrashaytana rajim
4 - arabishrahliysadri
5 - wi asilriamri
6 - wahlenaqodetmilasani wafqoqoli
7 - inshalla zizaqmlachairaniyarqarim

It's not very clear but I figured out some of them.
1-inshalla= God willing
2=It's like this jazakum Allah khairan & it means May God reward you all good
3-I seek refuge in Allah from the cursed devil
4-Rabbi ishrah li sadry=God open my heart
5-wa yassir li amry=make my affairs be easy
6-wahlul oqdatan min lisani yafqahu qauli=untie my tongue so that they will undrestand what I'm sayying
7-repetition of (2)+kareem =generous.

I know only 1,2,3 and7.
1-If God wants.
2-May God reward you.
3-I seek refuge with Allah from the satan
7-God willing,you will be rewarded(for you good deeds)

2- We cannot read it
3-May Allah protect us from the cursed devils
4- OH Allah open our hearts
5- Oh Allah Make it easy for me to achieve my goals
6- Oh Allah, Make it easy for me to utter the right words
7- I cannot read it
