Also, where can i buy Olive Brine for the dirty martinis?

Grey Goose, Ketel One and Van Gogh for the vodka.
Buy a jar of green olives and use the liquid they are bottled in for the "dirty."

Martini's are made with Gin, not Vodka. You first must understand that.

I love Leyden Gin in my Martini's, however, I do not make dirty Martini's. Martini's should be dry, very dry.

If I could pull myself away from having vodka (Skyy) and pineapple juice, I'd try it with the Sky vodka.
