which file do you save a theme in?

ok, so... i know how to download one now, i just dont know which file to save it in!!! (how dumb am i?) :-)

More info needed. Do you have WindowBlinds or do you need to patch the uxtheme.dll to allow non-Microsoft themes and visual styles?

EDIT: Just seen your other question, you appear to be using WindowBlinds. Just save the theme file in My Documents and then open it in WindowBlinds, then apply the theme.
