I've had back pain in the past but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be.
And yes, it smells horrible!! I try to drink lots of water so it smells better and doesn't look milky but it's no use!

I've had an UTI before, but my symptoms weren't quite as bad as yours. I had the frequent urination, and the pain, but not the other things.
The good news is if it is an UTI, it's easily cured with some penicillin. However, I had an allergic reaction to it--I had bumps all over me after I took it...so be very careful.

well a bladder infection is a type of a UTI. So i honestly have to tell you that you do have a bladder infection. But i think it is a mild case. Though you should see a doctor before it gets worse. WEll i hope everything goes well with you. Make sure you go see that doctor.

Yes this is a urinary tract aka bladder infection. Get off the computer and get it treated before it spreads to your kidneys or blood stream. Sounds like you have let it go untreated to long already so go to an urgent care center right away before you get worse.

urinary tract infection is same as bladder infection and sounds a likely cause of the above symptoms. See a doctor with a fresh sample as they can usually do a simple dipstick test which will indicate how likely an infection is.

You definatly have a UTI. but if you don't go to the doctor and get medicine or if its bad enough you'll end up in the hospital for 2 weeks with Kidney problems like I did.

Well to start with it does sound like an infection that requires Medical attention, I hope that you are doing something about it and not waiting for someone on here to give you an answer.
Go visit your GYN and he or she will take care of it.
Good Luck
