Start drinking lots of water. Lots and lots of water, you're dehydrated.
Once you can keep the water down and stop peeing dayglo green, start drinking some gatorade.

Several hours after that, try some dry toast or saltines.

A sure-fire way that always allows me to avoid feeling like $h!t the next day is to have something light and nourishing in the stomach to soak up the remnants of your night out. I recommend a Slim-Fast bar, 2 Aleve tablets and a couple Red Bulls. The bar is a meal's worth of nutrients and the Red Bull has enough caffeine and taurine to get you up and running again. 2 Aleve's helps block whatever pains you may have.
Good times!!!

Too old?

Acutally, you sound too young and you haven't learned from the school of hard knocks.

I bet from now on you'll have better control over your drinking, unless you're an alcoholic and just have to get wasted everytime you drink.

Try to get some fluid into your body... maybe a little Gatorade and a Tylenol or Ibuprofen.

Well, believe it or not the best thing to relieve the effects of a hangover is to drink one alcoholic drink verrrry sllllowwwly.

A hangover is basically withdrawal symptoms, so that's why this works.
Plus you need to rehydrate since you've been vomiting.

Btw, this is why I quit drinking completely 6 years ago - it's just not worth it!!

WEll, sounds like you're hurtin' pretty bad. Hope it was worth it! Anyway, here in the southwest we have the miracle hangover cure: It's called Menudo. Works like a charm.

Yikes! I'd call the doctor or go to the hospital if you're still feeling like that. However, it might be that you're dehydrated. Try drinking some water and see how your stomach does with that.

Good luck!
