my uncle was in a swimming pool dead, it always takes place at the house i lived in for 19yrs,i no longer live there, i had this dream 3 x's

I don't no what your relationship with your uncle is like or what he represents in your life. But, whatever this is that he represents, you seem to want to wash it away or end it. The house you use to live in, would represent an earlier time in your life. But again I don't have the details. Whatever negative energy you have from that past period at that house needs to be cleansed from your being, in order to stop the dreams from repeating. Meditation, or some sort of soul searching and venting of feelings could help.
