I suppose they could both be done at the same time...if ya let someone else do it for ya!!! lol See...you hire somebody to do job... and then YOU can tend to other...more important things!!! hehehe *wink* =D

Yea I agree with your wifey, they are usually done at the same time. I think when someone (looks up) moves in with u then u should do all this. But not before. Dont want to go too far ahead of yourself.
