The guy created wine from water and multiplied loaves of bread. He should be giving OTHER people gifts?

What do you get the Christ that can make anything? And if you believe the trinity, he created the Heavens and Earth. Please.

We're the one short changed. Omnipotence/omnibenvolence my eye!

Silly question;-} just kidding right?
Jesus was not born on December 25, but in the Springtime.
The shepherds were watching their sheep at lambing time.
In those days, people didn't celebrate birthdays anyway.

After the conversion of Anglo-Saxon Britain in the very early 7th century, Christmas was referred to as geol, the name of the pre-Christian solstice festival from which the current English word 'Yule' is derived.

The prominence of Christmas Day increased gradually after Charlemagne was crowned on Christmas Day in 800. Around the 12th century, the remnants of the former Saturnalian traditions of the Romans were transferred to the Twelve Days of Christmas (26 December – 6 January).

JC totally gets double the presents on the same day and has a fake christmas tree (for the environment) and his stockings are made out of swaddling and his birthday cake is a giant matza cracker with creamcheese icing

Grandchildren are the most precious gifts that they could give their parents. Is like seeing their deposits with interests. The so-called interest here are the grandchildren that without no hesitation makes their blood flow freely and their hearts are full of joy once these interests carress and give them kisses. Absolutely, these are the best gifts ever parents could give. The magic that brings to them is the love and smile their grandchildren gives. It is a new turning moment for them and a new experience. What more they could ask - except these beautiful grandchildren. Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

For those who say there wasn't, I beg to differ -there always was a Christmas or "winter solstice festivities". Since the times of the Romans.
Anyways with the question, I hear where you are coming from. Maybe extra big celebrations happened, and extra big presents.

I got it even worse. I was born on Christmas and I have a twin brother. My parents gave us one gift and said this is your birthday/Christmas gift now share it.

He really got cheated when someone changed his birthday to be at the same time as Christmas. He was doing fine celebrating it when he was actually born, then someone threw a monkey wrench into his fun.

Now, for some reason, you've got me wondering what he got for his Bar Mitzvah. If anyone gave him Roman Empire savings bonds, would that have been irony?

Apparently, some wise men gave Jesus quite a bit of gold right after his birth, so I would assume that the Christ's were the richest family in the tiny hamlet of Nazareth. He probably grew up spoiled rotten, getting everything he wanted.

No. I think since, He was the gift, that was given from God to the world most of humanity got cheated because they didn't recognize him as a gift since he was wrapped in swaddling clothes instead of wrapping paper with a big red bow.

Not exactly, since Christmas had not been invented at that time.

However he did ruin it for all kids born in todays world.
