The Kingdom of God (come down from heaven) is the government promised by God for all Christians to live under now, and for all nations to eventually live under.

The bible teaches that both John and Jesus taught that the Kingdom of heaven is at hand. Jesus in the sermon on the mount stated that the poor were blessed with spirit and theirs was the kingdom of heaven. So we know that the kingdom of heaven is both attainable for the Christian and here and now. The kingdom of God is sometimes interchangeable with the kingdom of heaven in scripture. Other times it refers to the actual time after the judgment sits and God reigns on earth with man. So, if you live a righteous life now, you are living in the kingdom of heaven, regardless of where you live on the planet, if you are a Christian. It is not synonymous with America.

The kingdom of God is the rule of an eternal sovereign God over all creatures and things (Psalms 103:19; Daniel 4:3). The kingdom of God is also the designation for the sphere of salvation entered into at the new birth (John 3:5-7), and is synonymous with the “kingdom of heaven.”

The kingdom of God embraces all created intelligence, both in heaven and earth that are willingly subject to the Lord and are in fellowship with him. The kingdom of God is therefore, universal in that it includes created angels and men. It is eternal, as God is eternal, and it is spiritual—found within all born-again believers. We enter the kingdom of God when we are born again, and we are then part of that kingdom for eternity. It is a relationship "born of the spirit" (John 3:5) and we have confident assurance that it is so because the Spirit bears witness with our spirits (Romans 8:16).

God is sovereign, omnipotent, omniscient and the ruler over all of His creation. However, the designation "the kingdom of God" compasses that realm which is subject to God and will be for eternity. The rest of creation will be destroyed. Only that which is part of the "kingdom of God" will remain.

Kingdom of Heaven is not a physical place.

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

It is a spiritual place. The kingdom of God is where He rules and His Son. It is the Church of God written in the Bible.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

1Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

A Kingdom (government if you will) that is in heaven. Christ Jesus is the appointed King and Christs' spiritual brothers rule alongside him. Eventually, by means of this Kingdom, God will destroy human governments (Daniel 2:44; Psalm 2:2-9) and restore earth to the paradise that God originally intended it to be. (Revelation 21:3, 4) Hence, Jesus taught us to pray "Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." -Matthew 6:9, 10

The Kingdom of God has not yet come. Read the book of Revelation in the Holy Bible and pray for understanding.

Americans are supposed to be living in a Republic, but we blew it. The "Kingdom of Heaven" is a euphemism for YHVH being in charge.
