See your doctor for the pants problem, and shut OFF the computer and tv...at 11 years old any child should NOT be using tv or computers as entertainment or 'babysitter' but should be involved in interaction with other HUMAN children through scouts, church, rec center, school-anything. YOU are the parent-no matter how loud they scream or cry-turn the damn things OFF. If you are home when he is doing nothing but watching one or the other-play a board game, do crafts, take walks, anything-INTERACT with him. My wife and I raised our now 25 and 21 year old boys and NEVER had 'internet' in the house-only in our business-so there were NO computer games or computers in the house, and TV time was PUBLIC channels or nothing. They both grew up knowing how to go to the library, check out books, READ, and interact with other kids.

He would be mad at me because his dyslexia is not an excuse. I would take him to the Doctor to see if there was any type of medical physical or mental issues why he is still using the bathroom on his self.

C'mon, people, she's not saying if she disciplines the child or not, she's just saying what he likes to do, not what SHE does in response.
He needs to visit a doctor. It could be a symptom of an underlying physical or mental illness, especially if he possesses the cognitive ability to recognize this is inappropriate behavior.

He should see a doctor. Don't ignore this problem or dismiss it as a behavioral dysfunction. He may have an ailing kidney or something like that. Consider this serious and make an appointment with a physician immediately.

At 11 he should definitely know better. Is it throughout the day or does he just wet the bed. There is things that can be done for that. You need to talk to a professional about this one, not yahoo.

Get him into a sport. Weather he wines or not, its clear he needs to interact with other kids. Tell him if he never trys it, he'll never know if he'll like it.

For the "potty" accidents, try going to a family therapist, or someone with knowledge of that to help you find stradegies to help him be "potty trained". Good Luck!

You need to get your son involved in somethings, such as soccer or baseball. It is not good for children to be on the computer and watch TV all the time. If there is a lot of fighting in the house, he will be stressed out and go in his pants. You need to make his environment less stressful.

It sounds like your son needs professional help. Start with your pediatrician and then go from there. A child that age should not be having these problems, it could be a sign of something more serious.
