although he has told her tis she still disowns him and wont let him see his little sisters and i want him to be able to see them and spend time with his mother . i have done nothing to her as i said before she has only met me once three years ago. what do i do

I would be curious to know WHY she dislikes you so. Are of you a different religion or cultural background, a different race? Her behaviors sound like those acting on prejudicial assumptions, and not on actual facts.
Families often have a good handle on whether relationships will work or not. Have you considered some pre-marital counseling with your financee? It may benefit all of you.

Nothing you can do. He now knows that his own mother values herself and not him at all. Thats something he will know and carry for the rest of his life. Mothers usually love unconditionally but she is very selfish and does not love him.
You need to just let go of it and when his sisters are grown he can see them then.
Let him decide whats important.
