Here's the raw numbers from NASA's GISS for the USA (Yes the USA is part of the globe)

http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/graphs/Fig.D.txt

Where's the proof that the temperatures got warmer after 1998? I took the raw numbers, imported into Excel, and analyzed them.

It's clear that there isn't much difference between modern times and the 1930's.

Try it yourself. Please let me know if you see any difference today than in the past.

It's clear that others obfuscate their results by publishing graphs and not displaying raw numbers. This is done to hide how much massaging is done to the raw numbers.

The people at climateaudit.org have been trying to get the computer programs that NASA uses to calculate the numbers they report. They want this so they can check to see if the algorithms they use make sense.
So far NASA has refused. A pretty good sign that we should be very skeptical about the accuracy of the numbers.

I beleive these are avergae numbers for the entire planet which means that even a change of 0.1 is significant in terms of heat energy ( huge volume ). If you look at that data there are almost no negative signs past 1960 and there definitely is a general increase in temperature.

Secondly you cannot look at the bigpicture when talking of climate changes for you have to look at a specific place making sure most of the other factors are constant. This NASA data does not say when it was taken which could be a huge factor. ( suppose data taken during a tsunami / hurricane etc)

My take i could be wrong but to say climate change isnt happening is being blind.

if they have only been graphing for 100 years and not even legitimately, how could they possibly know what they are talking about anyway. thats less than 1 hundredth of a percent of the worlds climate legitimately recorded. political propoganda to scare the masses into believing nonsence and promote their foolish agendas. there is no way to know if global warming is human induced, and it is foolish to try and guess based on what others tell you.
i would say that coming out of an ice age, it will continue to get warmer until it starts to get colder. and there is no steady inclines or declines. there will always be erratic times for the climate in any period of warming or cooling.

Its very easy to manipulate a set of numbers to match your theory. It's much more difficult to manipulate all the scientists, worldwide, who agree that Global Warming exists. Stop grasping at straws and embrace reality!
