I usually dont remember my dreams too well, or its just scattered flashbacks of what i recalled.
but the other night i had an extremely vivd dream of it being the night and the sky filled w/ stars, and one in particular was a shooting star. the dream felt real, it was crazy
this might sound strange and all, but is there any significance with stars in dreams?

Stars in your case may mean attention seeking. You projected shooting star in particular. That is a symbol of things that you feel you have lost confidence with.
Sky filled with stars often means things you want to fulfill in life and that shooting star reflects how disappointed in some case you are into and you are seeking for some recognition in some aspect of life. Examine your life recently, you will know what that indicates.

Seeing stars in your dream mean high ideas, spirit, fate and luck. It also signifies your desire for fame and fortune.

Dreams don't mean anything.
Your brain is an electro-chemical device, and when you sleep, it "cleans itself out" by just random hallucinations, which are dreams.
They are made up of little bits & pieces of our thoughts, so that's why they seem real, and that's why they seem to be telling us something - because it always has some snippets of reality that is going on in our lives.
That that DOES NOT mean that we're supposed to make decisions based on these.
Look closely at the lives of people you know who make decisions based on dreams.
Their lives are usually either a total wreck, or at least lessons in mediocre living.
There's a reason you never hear people like Donald Trump, or whoever successful people you can think of, saying "I did this because I had a dream one night...."
It simply doesn't work.

You will reach a suces in your life you never expect but during this same period you will loose someone by death
