Believers of both swear they "feel" the spirit they conjured, but neither can prove it. I think it's more psycosomatic than anything else. People can often behave in ways that they expect would accompany such a "possession" but they never seem to have any knowledge beyond what they already knew before conjuring their favored spirit.

Has anyone that has summoned Jesus actually been granted some useful knowledge that is applicable to the real world, like how to cure a disease or the location of cave Jesus crawled out of at his resurrection? I know that most conjurers only come up with very vague answers that aren't really answers at all, but is there a difference when people conjure up Jesus?

Don't laugh, this is a serious question. If conjuring up Jesus can result in real answers that can be proved true in the real world then perhaps there is some validity to the whole thing.

And remember that all those other gods have come to their followers and given them "feelings" too.

(Though of course, anything not from the Abrahamic deity is called Satanic possession by Christians. Or, funnier yet, it's their god, but he's just responding to the wrong name.)

Conjuring is not a Christian thing and makes little sense. Asking Jesus to come into ones heart/ life can give us a sense of well being that was not present before but it is not like being possessed. Peace

You are right, and Psalm 100 says to approach the throne of God with praise and thanks :)

Jesus hides himself from his enemies so to conjure him up to show those people he would not do that I don't think, but he manifests himself to his own

I have never heard of summoning Jesus. I don't think that is an accepted Christian practice.
