I have a body rash.. I have been to the doctor 3 times, each said that it looked as if I was allergic to something. I feel a little nauseous here and there.. is nausea a form of a reaction? I also get a lot of headaches. Help!!!

Usually, a rash does indicate a sensitivity. You need to find out whether it's something you ate or applied to your skin like a lotion or cream. Write down foods you think you ate during that day. Nausea and headaches are both reactions and could be from allergies, and the stress doesn't help. Sounds more like something you ate.

If you want to skip all the traumas of finding out on your own, go to an allergist and get skin tested for both environmental and food allergies. Once you know, you can make plans to avoid.

Body rashes are often caused by food allergies, and food allergies sometimes cause nausea or even diarrhea. Airborne allergens and contact allergies, as a rule, do not cause nausea. If you can remember what you ate each time before breaking out in a rash, you might be able to identify the cause. Otherwise, it might be a good idea to see an allergist - they can test you to see what's causing the problem. Certain nuts and seafood commonly cause a reaction like the one you are describing, although there's many other foods that can do this as well.
