Turkey is a tradition for many people. It's grounds for divorce in my house-prime rib roast is the King on Christmas Day.

Yes, but I'd do ribs of beef given the choice. But my family's choice is turkey, with a pork joint as well. Oh and a boiled gammon.

I have always cooked turkey for Christmas..this year family members have suggested we do pork & beef. Of course I'll cook those two meats for them..but they're still getting turkey too. lol...I've got to have somewhere to shove the stuffing.

Of course - I follow the recipe in Raymond Blanc's Christmas recipe book - delicious and the turkey doesn't get dry!
