I don't know about cheap or offended, I never let people I don't even know affect me on that level. I would, however, give him his money back and nicely tell him to find a waitress.

What exactly about this offends you or makes you seem cheap? I'm confused. You shouldn't be letting guys buy you drinks anyway, ever heard of the date rape drug?

I'd hand the money back, smile, and tell him I'm not the waitress.
I don't need the drink or the attention bad enough to cater to some guy I don't know.

I'd tell him i'm not his beer wench and i'd say no thanks. Either he's too lazy to wait in line at the bar, or he's underage, or he wants to show his friends that he can order you around. No matter how you look at it, its disrespectful.
