Perhaps a mild case. Get in to see your doctor and have them run some tests. Tell the truth.

A doctor needs to prescribe you, but if you have no time you should get help anywhere. I think you are depressed if you want to die. You do not want it to get much worse than that. You need help. Talk to a friend, a parent, a counselor and they will point you in the right direction. Sometimes talking is enough, sometimes they prescribe medicine. Only take the medicine as a last resort.
If you feel like you are going to kill yourself, call 911.
Depression is usually prescribe through several symptoms. Do a search on depression symptoms and you should see if you have at least 4 or five of them. But, I will say that a diagnosis is not the cure. You need to see what is causing you to feel hopeless and do something to find hope for yourself. I trust that you will feel better in time, nothing worth it is ever instant.

Hmm. Not sure - usually depression is something that is there all the time, you don't have days where you feel AOK. Even manic depressives (bipolars) aren't quite like that. Still if you really, truly want to die sometimes then you obviously do have a problem and should seek professional help - before it does get to the point that you feel like this every day.
EDIT: Then please continue working closely with your psychotherapist - if you're undecided how you feel I would ask for the referral to the psychiatrist pronto!

Good God! Your life is a splendid gift to be treasured absolutely in every way. Look at multitudes of people alive and kicking that have it a lot worse than you do, there are plenty I'm sure. Think of the next ten, three, sixteen hundred or eighty eight beautiful warm days or sunsets you're blessed enough to experience with your sight, hearing and senses full on. Jump into a cold lake and then stand in the warm breeze feeling the wind blowing you dry. Next time you're alone, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of children laughing and squealing in a park or the sounds of birds or the ocean.

You could get tested by your therapist to know for sure. Also, try some new things.
Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
9. Look into taking a multi-vitamin.
Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA.
7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill Pearl called GETTING STRONGER.
In the book, he describes everything you need for a great fitness plan.
8. Crunches & Curl ups for the abs.
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.
10. If the above suggestions don't improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking some medication.
11. Check out the book FEELING GOOD by David Burns.
Take care of yourself

Perhaps.
I strongly suggest that you please seek help from anyone reliably older than you such as your parents, teachers, grandparents, priest, minister, doctor etc.
Try these websites for starters: http://www.boystown.org/hotline/index.asp
https://healthmanager.webmd.com/effexor/GuestUser.aspx?StartID=599
http://www.healthyplace.com/Communities/Depression/suicide/crisis_centers.asp
But please don't commit suicide.
First off I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CLICK ONTO THIS SITE IF YOU FEEL SUICIDAL: http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org...
Please, do not feel silly to seek help for yourself if you really need it.
The counselors WILL NOT MAKE FUN OF YOU.
You must rise to the top.
But here are some sites to help you out for on line counseling:
http://www.asktheinternettherapist.com/
http://www.etherapyweb.com/
http://www.etherapyweb.com/state.html
http://www.psychonline.com/
Remember, THERE ARE OTHER SOLUTIONS THAN SUICIDE.
First, you must know that suicide is a bad and stupid solution to a temporary problem.
There are plenty of people who you can and must turn to such as:
Your parents
Your Grandparents
You brothers or sisters
Your doctor or doctors
Your priest, Rabbi, or minister.
Your kids if you have any.
Your neighbor or neighbors.
Your business partners.
If none of those people I mentioned above work for you then please click on this link: http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org...
And if you really loved your family, you wouldn't want them to go through any emotional pain or life long unhappiness because of your selfish decision to kill yourself.
I've gone through severe times of depression myself so bad that I couldn't lift my chest up. However, I have overcome it.
You can to.
It doesn't matter if you aren't Christian, try looking into this very great motivational speaker: http://joelosteen.lakewood.cc/site/PageS...
He's very inspriational and can bring you back a lot of hope.
Don't give up.
Keep the faith.
Stay a fighter.
Don't let depression ruin your life.
You can overcome this.
You will overcome this.
You can, you will, you can...
Remember, don't forget about God.
He loves you. He cares about you and wants you to call out to Him.
God will help you overcome all including depression and diseases.
He may seem distant from you.
However, He isn't. God is in your heart. God has a plan for your life. Just please keep the faith and stay strong.

If you're having thoughts like you describe, then you need to bring it up with a doctor. If you don't seek help then it could get worse.
The best advice I could give you would be to not take advice from people on a web site like this, ESPECIALLY when you're having thoughts as serious as these. Find the people that really care about you and talk to them. They'll help you better than anyone here.
Good luck!

It sounds like depression, whatever it is it's a problem that needs looking into. Please get yourself to a Dr and seek help with this, depression is treatable. A Dr should be able to help you, offer you treatment, support and refer you to others who could also help you. SI usually needs therapy to help you deal with it and replace it as a coping strategy. If you feel seriously in danger at any point because of suicidal feelings and thoughts please get yourself to a hospital straight away.
