No, you are not going crazy, it may be many things, but in this case I think it is severe depression, loneliness, and lack of love and attention. If you recognize the problem, then you are not going crazy, ppl with mental disorders usually never think they have a problem, therefor never seeking help.
I suggest you speak to someone about this, anyone, not necessarily a psychologist, it could be a family member or friend...who ever you feel most comfortable with. If it bothers you enough to ask about it, I think it's time to speak up before it escalates into something more serious.
My best wishes, always
Good luck :I

Not necessarily. Here is my viewpoint. We are all spiritual beings. An ability to communicate telepathically is a natural thing although the majority of mankind does not display this aptitude. I don't believe you are going crazy.
It is very sad that here in the west, our mental health "authorities" would have us forget our spirituality. Psychotropic drugs are the usual treatment but do not correct what mental health "experts" consider to be a mental aberration. The drugs merely tie one down to the point where one's perceptions are disabled. Having said that, I hope you will look into the oh-so-many viewpoints on this subject. Try your local library for books on spirituality and telepathy.
I don't know your situation. I would like to add here that sometimes a near-death situation or surgery can trigger this sort of thing. It would be up to you to decide what you are experiencing. Wishing you the best of luck!

The rule is: so long as you suspect you're going crazy, your not. People with mental health problems like schizophrenia are not aware their behaviour is in any way strange. So as long as you're concerned, you don't really have anything to be concerned about - be worried when you're no longer worried!
I've never heard of anyone actually hearing voices and wondering if they're normal or not. Usually if you hearing hearing voices you're already f*cked.

have you ever heard of people saying they have voices in their head, and end up doing really well?
Like a multimillionaire saying, OH, well I made it big because all of the voices in my head were telling me what to do,
Or do you only hear about crazy lunatics talking about hearing voices?
better go and get checked out.

After answering your last question and seeing this one, I can only urge you to seek medical assistance. Tell the dr ALL of what you are experiencing. Crazy is harsh word, learn all about what your disorder is and how to control it. Then you can start living much better. See your dr, please.

It's not normal, that's for sure. Seek professional help before you start talking back to them.
