I know this is popular and strawberries look great next to melted chocolate. But in terms of flavor, isn't the thick rich chocolate too overwhelming for something juicy and mildly sweet like the strawberry?

I like strawberries with semi sweet or dark chocolate! It is nice to bite into the hard chocolate coating then into the juicy strawberry. Yummy!

Personally, I don't really enjoy strawberries and milk chocolate. I prefer strawberries in white chocolate, because the creamy quality of the white chocolate doesn't over power the tart, acidic quality of the strawberry. I realize, though, that this is a matter of personal taste.

I think so, the chocolate fountain business has really taken off strawberries are one of the most popular used with it yum yum yummy

You have absolutely got to try this for yourself. Many people think this is a fabulous combination, including myself. Obviously, everyone has different tastes, but don't deprive yourself of something you may find wonderful just because it may not sound right.

I like them dipped in white chocolate.Better to let the chocolate harden. It tastes just right and they are almost to pretty to eat..
