Las Posadas is a Mexican, or Latin American, Christmas tradition, from December 16-24. Neighbors re-enact Joseph and Mary's search for a place to stay in Bethlehem.

Does anyone know where they're observing Las Posadas in NYC, preferably in Manhattan or Queens?

Check out this web site. It is written by travellers for other travellers. You have much more chance of getting an informed and detailed answer there. http://www.tripadvisor.com/

In fact it has information on everything you will need for a trip anywhere!!

First search for the place you are interested in. Then go to the forum for that place and search again.
If you can't find the answers you want you can register for free and post a question yourself (just like on Yahoo Answers), which is probably what you will have to do in this case.

There is almost always "a local expert " who will reply.
