Getting the ingredients is the easy part. The hard part is obtaining or building the machinery necessary for successfully putting the bomb together. Very exact tings need to take place to successfully create a nuclear chain reaction. This may take them 10 years of more.
By the way, they do not have the necessary ingredients yet. The enriched uranium purchased for reactor use from Russia cannot be used as is in a nuclear weapon.

Iran has got the capacity to enrich uranium to 5%, to enrich it to bomb grade is 95%. When you say we who do you mean US UK? If you have listened to the news lately a US intelligence estimate concluded Iran has no weapons program, however Bush, Cheney and Israel are disputing this inconvenient finding as they are bloodthirsty and want a war. remember what they said about Iraq and mushroom clouds in the US which all turned out to be lies. The same is happening again!

Up to ten years. But Iran really isn't in a position to be throwing that kind of weaponry around. Countries are too invested in each other, even in Iran for those unaffected by sanctions, to allow that to happen. They have the tech, the know how, the people, and is a relatively developed country at that. They have a bad spokesman, but by no means are Iranians crazy. It will simply be used as leverage and politics. Let them have it.

I would put my money on never. They need highly enriched uranium-235 (at least 93%) or plutonium-239.
Large scale breeder reactors for plutonium would be well large. Esp. if they want to do recoring/refueling while the reactor is online. This would require massive crane systems.This means they would have really big reactors that could be seen by lets say spy satellites. Yet, reactors of this nature, used by the Russia's, are not inherently safe and could do another Chernobyl.
Now Canada has small breeder reactors, but you have to go to them if you want one. I think Iran has tried to get Canada to make them some of these reactors, but Canada told them off.
Another option is to enrich a bunch of uranium ore, most efficient methods of enrichment are gaseous centrifuge (I would need to refer to some of my texts which are not with me to give you the numbers of it's efficiency). It's not very efficient really, but for power plants that use light water, 3% enrichment is needed. FYI, .7% of natural uranium is uranium-235.
Since for bombs you need 93%, then you need lots and lots of gaseous centrifuge plants. That is why we know Iran is wanting to make nuclear weapons in the first place.... they have been trying hard to set up a serious enrichment program. Thankfully, gaseous centrifuge technology is closely guarded, but Iran has been contacting counties like Pakistan who have gaseous centrifuge technology. Again, they would need a lot of gaseous centrifuge plants that well could be seen by lets say spy satellites.
Even if you had the fuel, it still requires a good team of engineers, scientists, and machinists to make it all work. Any physicist, chemist, or material scientist will tell that plutonium has a very interesting chemistry, it's quite reactive, so you need to know how to handle it.
In short, I am trying to say that it takes such an effort to make a nuclear bomb; we will know if they make any big strides in doing so. So, we can do what is needed to stop them.
If you are confused about enrichment, then please read up on isotopes. It's pretty simple, so I would expect Wikipedia to be a very reliable source.

It's a two step process.
The lengthiest part is gathering the information and setting up the manufacturing apparatus. This might take years or decades.
The second step is assembling the bomb. This only takes hours and minutes.
