Oooh I love cheeses. To pick just one is hard. My favorite strong mouldy cheese is the green-veined french cheese Roquefort. I also love the brie on sliced baguette and raclette cheese melted on potatoes. Mmm...

For spreaded cheese I love the boursin with its spring onion, the salmon-flavored Philadelphia cheese and the good old La Vache Qui Rie topped with black caviar.

But the cheese with whom I've had the longest love affair is none other than Kraft cheddar cheese ... the beautiful color, the super-smooth and seemingly hard texture which quickly melts into this wholesome aroma in my mouth..... :-D

Extra-sharp cheddar is my pick for Best All-purpose Cheese.

Also love Meunster and cream cheese is definitely a comfort food.

Australian Swiss cheese is great, too.

12 month aged manchego cheese. It is a Spanish hard rind sheep milk cheese that has a parmesean like flavor, yet creamier. I love it on its own or with really ripe tomatoes. For my fav blue cheese, I have a love affair with Benedictin Bleu, a French Canadian blue with a creamy, melt in your mouth velvety smoothness. Sharp on the tongue with a creamy finish. I love this with ripe pears...roasted pears with Benedictin Bleu on top...a supreme dessert. For my fav Cheddar...that would have to be Noble Cheddar.. Pennsylvania Cheddar...really sharp, crumbly, yet creamy. Beautiful with fresh melon or apples and a bright crisp Traminette wine.
