You can use a regular oven using the same directions - just make the time a little shorter.

They tell you to use a toaster oven so you don't have to heat a great big oven for a little tray.

I'm sure someone will give you directions on how to zap it too if it's possible.

Hi, I hope I can help a little. My oven is broken. For dishes like macaroni and cheese that usually is baked and browned in the oven, you can cook them in a pot on top of your stove, pour it into a casserole dish and sprinkle it with something like paprika to give it a feeling it was baked. If you have or can purchase a dutch oven that can also be used as a stove top pot, cook your chicken breast and thighs and other meats in it on the lowest setting possible. It will be cooked like it was in a Crock Pot or other electric slow cooker. If you don't have a dutch oven use the largest, thickest bottom pot you have. Add bbq sauce to chicken or ribs and you can not tell they were not baked. You can cook your chicken in very little water, season it and top it with cream soups like Mushroom or Chicken. Or make chicken gravy and pour that over it. Serve with mashed potatoes. For baked potatoes put them in your pot, cover with water a couple of inches above the potatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes until done Let them air dry a little, cut them open and add salt, butter and sour cream or other topping like broccoli and cheese. They are better than oven baked because they are always moist. You have ingredients for an excellent Italian Salad like garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, cucumber, carrots, etc. Add bottled Italian Dressing or equal amounts of olive oil and vinegar, minced garlic, sprinkle of oregano and some cheese. To make Italian Pasta Salad add cooked pasta to the whole bunch. Rotini is excellent. Ground beef: Make Spaghetti, Swedish Meatballs and Beef Stroganoff from the resource listed below. Desserts are the hardest to make without an oven but it can be done. Try making the Punchbowl Cake at the below reference. Instead of making it in a bowl put it in a baking like pan. Toast the coconut in a skillet on top stove. It will looked like you baked a cake. Make chocolate cake by making a couple batches of the Chocolate Pancakes at the resource below. You don't have syrup. Stack the pancakes like cake layers putting a Chocolate or Cream Cheese Frosting in between layers and on top. Or top them with bananas, ice cream or whipped cream. Bread is hard to do without an oven. Warm or toast thick bread in a skillet on low heat on top of stove. For garlic bread, butter bread and sprinkle with garlic powder and cheese. Make cinnamon toast by punching holes in your thick bread slices. Mix equal amounts of granulated sugar and cinnamon and fill the holes and toast in melted butter in a skillet. Hope some of this helps. Mary
