Sometimes parents make decisions based soley on what's best for THEM. She could be thinking of herself & what she wants right now, not thinking of your feelings at all.
Or she could be making the decison based on what she thinks is best for you. I mean, if your father's home is much better than hers then she probably just wants you to grow up in a better environment. I know it's hard being your age and not having a huge say in where you go or where you live. Tell your mom how you feel.

Hello:
Its pretty rarely that parents do not care about their children. I am not sure how old you are, but the best thing might be to tell your mom that you want to talk to her about it some night and ask her why it has to be this way. If you really want to be with your mother then maybe you should tell her if you haven't.
I don't know why this could be, but it may be for one reason or another the your mother thinks this will be the best for you, or maybe her situation makes it so she can't take care of you like she wants to.
Try and stay calm and think about want you want. If there is something you can do to help the situation...in particular towards the situation you would prefer...then do it...a paper route...i dunno.
Its pretty easy to tell when parents do not care about you at all. People show it in different ways, but if they always make sure you have new school clothes, or that there is food in the house to eat. If they always seem to at least try...believe me child they care about you.
I hope this helps.

no, what it most likely means is that your dad is in a better financial situation than your mom and is better able to care for you.
Call, write and email your mom as often as you can so you can stay connected to her. Also talk to your dad about making arrangements for you to talk to someone about this big change in your life. Sometimes it helps to talk through all of your fears and thoughts about a new situation.
Good Luck.

no it doesn't mean that necessarily, it's possible she knows she can't take care of you the way your dad can. she might be thinking of what's best for you. i know this is really hard on you but if it is really bugging you confront your mom with it, in a mature manner. sorry to hear about the divorce i know how hard that can be.

i'm sorry to hear about that. I don't think i means your mom doesn't care about you. She probably has a lot going on right now and just needs to straighten her life out.

i highly doubt it means that. maybe she thinks your dad could raise you better. maybe she doesnt think she can raise you as well. it doesnt mean she doesnt love you or care for you. ask yourself if living with your dad is better for you? i did the same thing when i was young and it can be hard...but what is best for you.

Ask your Mom that question. Anyone who answers your question here is only guessing.

Perhaps she's finding it hard to make ends meet and thinks you'll enjoy a better quality of life with your Dad. Talk to her about it. you'll be ok. :)
