i was iceskating with my friends and this one guy that i like kept coming up behind me and either snapping my bra straps or grabbing my shirt and the back of my bra.
it was so annoying i wanted to kick him but i just told him to stop but he kept doing it and i know it was on purpose.
why the heck do guys do that?
and how can you get them to stop.

Very simple. We know it can hurt you and because we know it irritates the crap out of you.
How can y ou get him to stop? Tell him to knock it off. If he wont, avoid him. He is not worth your time. If that doesnt work, make him hurt too. Yeah, kinda childish, but sometimes that is the only option left.

We snap girls' bra straps because it's a rite of adolescent passage to sexual awareness,i.e.,a boy's first macho manoeuvre and a girl's realization that her guy classmates are noticing her blossoming chest.
Since,because of political correctness in schools,which forbids boys from snapping girls' bra straps,a lot of the ladies don't undergo this experience today,but as "Laddie," an older guy who brings both chivalry AND libido to a relationship,my first bonding move with a new girlfriend would be to snap her bra strap.(Unless,of course,she's creeped out by it and/or objects.)

It's funny. It's like lifting a skirt, but since girls don't wear skirts anymore these days, we snap bras.

How to stop it? Don't wear a bra next time, flash your front at him and say "OK you've seen, now stop it".

You report him to management, and if they do nothing, to the police - it is assault and it is illegal and it NEEDS to be taken care of IMMEDIATELY, no matter what the age of the miscreant!
