Last night I had two dreams about my husband. In the first dream, he went on a business trip and his best friend and his wife showed up at my door and told me he died in a car accident. I woke up from that dream and I was so thankful it wasn't true because it was so real.

In the second dream my husband didn't die but he decided he was gay and hooked up with an ex of mine. He was so mean about it too. I was out in the cold pretty much immediately. And I lost my kids too. In all the confusion I forgot about them, and then I couldn't find them. This may have caused more stress than finding out my husband was gay!

When I woke up this morning, I told him, he better not get into any accidents, and if he decides he's gay, tough luck, he's married to me so he has to live with it. :)

Is there any interpretation of what this means?

It seems like you are feeling not so much secure about your husband or yourself lately.

Projecing him being dead in a car accident may show sign of insecurity in you. Same as being gay. Both situation are against your own will.

Your subconscious mind projected the worst things that happened. That basically is a method of suppression. You want to suppress your feeling of insecurity about him or your own self. In other words, you do not want those things happen, but you wanted to foresee it first to see if you can handle it. Of course you are thankful they are not happening. But that actually means you are losing confidence in yourself or in him. And you vent it out in dream.

It sounds like you are having some fear of loss. Perhaps you lost someone special recently or in the past year (a parent or family friend) and you are a little nervous about loosing your husband somehow too. The fact that you lost your children as well shows that you are feeling insecure somehow. Did a best friend move away? Did you loose your job?

It's normal to have this sort of dream when there is a change going on in your life. It's how your subconcious deals with your concerns. Don't worry, these dreams likely don't mean anything serious. Just spend extra time with your hubby and kids and try to deal with whatever transition/loss you are going through/went through.

difficult to say without knowing your relationship with your husband. Have you a fear he is going to leave you? I dont' think death is always about death, it is about a new start or the end of something, not necessarily the person dying. Maybe you need to let something die, something you need to forgive from the past? Was he unfaithful, hence the gay dream? Is he giving more attention to something else than to you, other people, other friends? As you told him I assume your relationship can't be that bad, what did he say? How did you feel in the dream, obviously scared in the first one, anything else?
