anyone know who sings the following?

i heard it towards the end of the movie shall we dance. it was on tv so i wasnt able to see the title of the song or the singer in the credits. any clues would be appreciated. Thanx!!

it was towards the ending where mr. clark was changing to go to the party but showed up at the mall for his wife....
