I am a server and my gross pay is about 300.00 usually and my net pay is about 70.00(that is my bring home). I am just curious on how much i mite get back? Last year i got back 700, but i worked less. I asked my stepdad and he saif that i should expect about 1200 back. Anyone can help me out that would be great. i dk if it helps but i work 4-5days a week and i uslally work about 25-30 hours. thank u!! 10 points for best answer!!!

Your information is too sketchy.
When you look at your paycheck stub, what is your YTD total for wages? For withholding? did you report all of your tips to your employer?
Are you a dependent of your stepdad?

No way to say. Need your year to date gross income, unreported tips if any, and how much has been withheld in taxes first.
