Hi there...your cat would be considered a domestic shair white cat with black spots.

White cats are more susceptible to skin cancer. Your veterinarian can recommend safe sunscreens to use when you visit or ring them. However, if your cat has a lot of black colouration on his nose and ears, he's less susceptible.

White with black. He's awfully cute and very pretty. So is the other cat. I had a white cat with black spots too. She had one ear black, or gray, and one ear white. her white ear got skin cancer and had to be removed. She live for 12 years after that. Vet told me not to let her in the sun. I'm sure she slept on the roof in full sun all day long. My cats are indoors only now.

He is a white and black. White is the dominant color. I would not be too concerned about cancer. No more so than you would about your other cats.
I have one that is very close in color pattern to yours. He is a feral and has lived outside for YEARS.
